The AWE Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the balance of nature for future generations amidst the ever-growing pressure of development. In association with Bheau View Ranch, it shares the property that has been the home of hundreds of rescued horses.
Ideally situated within the hills of San Marcos in San Diego’s North County, it has the unique feature of high mineral content waters from a 1,000-foot deep well.
Mud formed from this water with the native ancient oak continues to provide healing benefits, the width and breadth of which are still unfolding.

(Yomvcke Terepote Heca - my Medicine name, sees through darkness)
I am a Wells. I am one of the Choctaw Wells. There are 81 members of my Wells family on the 1890 census of the Choctaw Nation of Indian Territory. My great grandfather, Thomas Bird was a very famous Medicine Man. He was 88 years old when I was born and lived to be 100. His daughter, my grandmother was Ruby Bird. She was also a healer and a Seer.
I lived with them and was trained by them in traditional medicine from about the age of 5. My uncle Marcellus Bearheart Williams was the principal Medicine Man of the Mvskoke Nation. He was my mentor for 30 years. I entered my doctoral program in microbiology in 1973 and I have been a scientist ever since.
So, I practice from 2 different traditions. When I came down with chronic fatigue syndrome I was shocked that I could not heal myself. I was unable to work. I would sleep 5 hours during the day and 10 hours at night . I was really depressed and didn’t know what to do.
By chance, my friends took me out to the Bheauview Ranch to experience the healing waters from that sacred place. I could immediately feel the sacredness of the place. I soaked in the pool formed by the sacred spring and took 5 gallons of the water home with me. And began drinking about 8 glasses of it a day. After 3 or 4 days my energy completely returned.
No more napping the day away. Up at 5:30 am as always. No more grogginess or fogginess. I am fully functioning and putting in 12 hours days again.
I changed nothing else in my life….only adding in the sacred water.
You be the judge.
The Ranch has a natural water well available plus the soothing and restorative mud.
"I came here because Dr. Vaughn Harada, who was treating me, told me about the water and later held a regenerative lifestyle seminar. The only water that tested higher than this water is in Japan. I could really feel the difference. It was like my body just craves it now. The water is smoother and has more texture to it."
